In the meanwhile, Shewag, Laxman, Dravid should retire and Gautam, Dhoni should be dropped from the test squad.

Either Suresh Raina or Virat Kohli should be groomed for captaincy with talents like Rohit Sharma, Ambati Rayudu should be given more chances.
